Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Cookies


As promised on my instagram (kmsfitness_) Here is my recipe for my Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Rice Krispy Cookies!

Melt together:

  • 50g Dark Chocolate – 85% (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon, Coconut Oil, Unrefined (melted)

Mix dark chocolate and coconut oil with:

  • 40 g, Whole Earth Natural Peanut Butter
  • 25 g, Impact Whey – Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 0.50 cup, Unsweetened Almond Milk

Separate into tablespoon balls in a muffin tin and set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
