Easy, Ketogenic, Almond Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 47 g (1/4 cup), Sliced Almonds
  • 22.50 ml (1 tbsp), Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp (0.5 g), Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp, ground, Spices, basil, dried
  • 2 Tsp, 100% Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon, Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp, Salt, table
  • 6 oz (170g), Salmon Fillets

Instructions:

1. Blend sliced almonds into a flour consistency in a food processor

2. Top salmon fillets with salt and pepper

3. Mix almond flour, vegetable oil, garlic powder, spices and lemon juice in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed

4. Cover top and sides of salmon fillets with mixture

5. Bake for ~25 minutes on 180 degrees celcius

6. Enjoy 🙂 I also had it with kale chips and sweet potato mash, which I will eventually post the recipes for!
