Cheese Stuffed Doritos


Not the healthiest (in fact I made them for my friends for the Super Bowl…none for me since they’re not gluten-free). I got raving recommendations on these, so I thought I would share them with all of you. They’re easy and quick, and a great appetizer or treat to bring to a party!


  • 2 cup, diced, Cheese, cheddar
  • 1 bag Cheesy Doritos
  • 4 large, Egg, whole, cooked, fried
  • 1 1/2 cup, Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached
  • Spray Coconut Oil for baking, or Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing for dipping



1. Open the bag of Doritos, then tape the top and have fun smashing the chips into crumbles

2. Cut cheese slices into 1/2 inch triangular pieces in the shape of Doritos

3. Blend eggs in a separate bowl

4. Dip Cheese slices in flour first, then egg, then Doritos

5. Lay slices out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

6. Spray with a light coating of coconut oil

7. Bake for ~20 minutes (preheat oven to 250 Degrees) , or until crispy (without the cheese melting out) or deep-fry in vegetable oil
