High-protein, gluten-free, sugar-free….taste-full. You…are….welcome 🙂
Trust me when I say…you can have your cake and eat it too! Add the protein, subtract the sugar, and summate the goodness! I have this entire week off, so I am filling my time with baking, cooking, cleaning, and some self-reflection, so be prepared to hear about that. Before 9am today I managed to do an hour of yoga, clean the kitchen, do some laundry, bake and sit down with a cup of coffee and some Research Papers for my own personal growth and knowledge :). No matter what the day does, smile, breathe, set a goal, and enjoy it all. Here’s what you’ve been waiting for!
150g Gluten Free Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
25g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 Large Eggs
1.5 tbsp All Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Coconut oil
25g Sugar-free chocolate chips, blueberries, or any other add-in’s you prefer!
1.Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celcius. Blend oats in a food processor until a flour consistency is achieved
2. Add in protein powder, baking powder and baking soda to the oats and mix thoroughly
3. In a separate bowl, mash banana’s, add in eggs, peanut butter and melted coconut oil and mix thoroughly
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. When this is done, add in your add-in’s (I chose sugar-free chocolate chips for this one)
5. Spray a bread tin with non-stick spray or cover with parchment paper, add in mixture, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (or until brown on top).
6. Enjoy! Easy as that 🙂
