22 Day Push-Up Challenge- PTSD Awareness

ptsd

I am quite passionate about military personalle and PTSD as an outcome, so I started a fundraising page to help donate to the cause! I will do 22 push-ups for 22 days, and at that, trying to change up the type of push-up that I do, where I do them, or when I do them! I am open to challenges for these pushups if you promise to donate along-side them 🙂

Please have a heart and donate! Even if its just $1.00! I will do request push-ups (or attempt to) in exchange for donations to this lovely cause!
I was nominated by Kirsten Mairi Stolarchuk to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for combat veterans. 22 vets a day commit suicide, and this is a small way to raise awareness for that issue in the US. In Canada, there are comparable numbers of men and women suffering from PTSD.
PTSD is not limited to soldiers either. Our friends in the EMS, Fire protection, and Police service are all just as susceptible to the symptoms of PTSD. Push ups alone wont solve the problem, but this challenge is designed to raise awareness for a very real problem.
