Coconut Protein Bars!

For the base:

  • 0.50 cup, Oats
  • 2.50 tbsp, Peanut Butter
  • 5 tbsp(s), Unsweetened Almond Milk

For the Filling:

  • 2 tbsp(s), Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 25 grams (1 scoop), Impact Whey Isolate – Vanilla Flavour
  • 0.50 cup(s), Coconut Flakes
  • 3 tbsp(s), Lemon juice, raw
  • 1 tablespoon, Maple Pancake Syrup
  • 1 egg
  1. Mix ingredients for the base together in a food processor until it forms a dough-like texture
  2. Lie into a baking pan lined with parchement paper and flatten with a fork
  3. Freeze dough for 1 hour
  4. Mix the wet ingredients for the filling
  5. Sift in the dry ingredients for the filling, and mix thoroughly until it becomes fluffy
  6. Put filling on top of base and flatten. This is when you can put any toppings such as coconut flakes, shredded coconut or lemon shavings on top.
  7. Bake in the oven on 180 Celcius for 15-20 minutes, or until browned
  8. Enjoy xxx
