Pumpkin Pie Caulioats

Paleo, gluten free, sugar-free, oil free, low-carb caulioats for breakfast….anyone else fancy this as much as I did?!

Fat: 12g

Carbs: 18g

Ingredients:

150g Riced Cauliflower

85g Pumpkin Puree

150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Scoop Cinnamon Danish Protein

1 egg white

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 tsp Cinnamon

Toppings:

1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

10 drops Myprotein Toffee Flavdrops

15g Pecans

10g Raisins

4g Desiccated Coconut

Recipe:

  1. Steam Cauliflower Rice in microwave in microwave-safe dish for 6 minutes
  2. In a small pot, combine cauliflower, pumpkin puree, almond milk and egg on the hob on medium heat and mix until it begins to bubble
  3. Add in protein powder, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and mix thoroughly
  4. Place into a bowl and add toppings as desired. I added all..of course!
  5. Enjoy xxxx
