Paleo, gluten free, sugar-free, oil free, low-carb caulioats for breakfast….anyone else fancy this as much as I did?!
150g Riced Cauliflower
85g Pumpkin Puree
150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Scoop Cinnamon Danish Protein
1 egg white
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
10 drops Myprotein Toffee Flavdrops
4g Desiccated Coconut
- Steam Cauliflower Rice in microwave in microwave-safe dish for 6 minutes
- In a small pot, combine cauliflower, pumpkin puree, almond milk and egg on the hob on medium heat and mix until it begins to bubble
- Add in protein powder, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and mix thoroughly
- Place into a bowl and add toppings as desired. I added all..of course!
