Pumpkin Pie Protein Pancakes


  1. 1 scoop The Good Guru Vanilla Whey Isolate
  2. 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (I used Libby’s)
  3. 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  4. 1 tsp Cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  6. 1 Egg White
  7. 1/3 Cup Alpro Almond Yogurt

Toppings (Optional)

  1. Walnuts
  2. Raisins
  3. Cinnamon Danish Whey Protein Powder and water to make a sauce topping


  1. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
  2. In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients together
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly (the batter will be rather thick, but that’s okay)
  4. In a non-stick frying pan, spray cooking oil all over
  5. Add mixture to form 1 large pancake, or multiple smaller pancakes
  6. Let the pancake(s) cook on medium heat until they begin to bubble on top, then flip and allow to cook for another 1-2 minutes
  7. Add your toppings and Enjoy!!!
