Breakfast Meal Prep- 7 Ingredient Protein Muffins

In my personal opinion, meal prep is difficult to start but super easy to keep up with once you get the habit! Every Sunday, making enough food to last you the week so you never have to worry about cooking helps keep you on track with your diets. My latest go-to has been Protein Muffins made with The Good Guru Chocolate Whey Isolate. They’re quick to make, filling, and last you the week!


  • 3 Bananas
  • 5 Scoops Chocolate Whey Isolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Mixed Frozen Fruit
  • 200g Alpro Coconut Yogurt
  • 1tbsp Cinnamon 


  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees
  2. In a blender, mix together bananas, yogurt, cinnamon, protein powder, baking powder and eggs until smooth
  3. Mix in frozen fruit with a spoon until thoroughly mixed in
  4. In a large muffin baking pan, evenly distribute mix into 5 muffins
  5. Bake for 15-30 minutes or until browned
  6. Bon appetite 🙂
