Double Chocolate Protein Gateau

Ingredients:

  • 1 can rinsed Black Beans
  • 1 tablespoon, Walden Farm Pancake Syrup
  • 2 Scoop, Efective Whey Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon, Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup, Water
  • 1 tbsp, Coconut Oil
  • 4 tbsp, Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Packet, Stevia
  • 1 tsp, Vanilla extract
  • 2 Efectiv Nutrition Whole Bars

Directions:

  • Rinse Black Beans
  • Blend 2 Efective Nutrition Whole Bars in a blender until broken into small bits
  • Compact blended Whole Bars as a base into a baking pan
  • Blend all ingredients besides Whole Bar in a food processor for 2-3 minutes (or until smooth) to make chocolate gateau
  • Spread chocolate gateau mix evenly on top of base
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Enjoy
