Although exercise is a huge component of living a healthy lifestyle, don’t forget that without good nutrition, it will be impossible to reach all of your goals. Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand for all athletes, casual gym-goers and health advocates. With a BSc in Human Kinetics with an Honors in Movement science and a current MSc degree in Physiotherapy, alongside Personal Training and  fitness instructing certifications, as well as many years of athletics behind me, I am here to help you reach your goals.
